Learned from a Taiwanese Tai Chi master: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4VIw41R-PU&t=3s cold days in Arctic makes it impossible for me to jog outside like I used to do in China, so I took on Taichi practicing in the first winter here as an indoor exercise. Although I didn’t carry on until this spring.

A traditional Chinese female dress but not authentic. Someone in my apartment building gave it up so I took it with a ‘4 euro’ price tag from a second hand store. Quote from a friend in China, ‘this is a perfect stereotypic western impression of cheongsam’. But my Tai Chi forms are also not ‘authentic’ enough, so a perfect fitting XD
